I will be moving to Hickory Hill in October. My fianc?? has lived here for two years and we decided to stay until we get our house. So far I have seen much improvement in them making sure that there is no one standing on the front or in the hallways littering. Kim who is the manager and the rental agents have been great. They have been very professional and welcoming every time we have talked to them. They make sure the property is clean and the maintenance comes to fix emergency in a timely fashion. The property is also in a great location close to the subway and two major malls, Iverson and Forestville Malls. Close to the beltway also. The apartments are spacious and the price is good compared to the skyrocketing prices in the DC area. We also have not experienced any vermin or pest. I truly recommend these apartments to someone on a budget.
