I would have to say that I am satisfied with this complex. I live in the front by the entrance. I have a two bedroom, two bath apartment. This has to be by far the best place that I have lived in. My apartment is spacious and I consider it to be a good deal. I am completely satisfied with my apartment. My neighbors are professional people with the exception of one family whose teenage daughter plays the music extremely lound and has parties when her mother is gone; however, when you ask the girl to turn down the music or you tell her mom everything is straight. Everyone in my building is cordial and gets along well. We even have a tenants association in the complex.

My building does not have any infestation problems with rodents (mice, raoches, etc) I believe the entire three years that I have lived here that I have only seen 3 roaches. Literally nothing else after that.

The youth are walking around a lot, but I do not find them threatening. I have a teenage son and he goes to school with the other youth so I pretty much know the teenagers by face. They are pretty respectful for the most part. They are not looking for trouble they are just standing around and talking about teenage stuff. I do not see any violence. There are some guys that stand on the corner by the entrance that look like they are engaged in some illegal activity, but the security and PG police have and are doing a great job of driving away that element. We do have security that monitors the complex at night.

Maintenance is okay for the most part. I don't have much experience with them because I do not have to really call them for anything.

Well, you are so lucky. Maybe, if I lived in the front my problems would be few. I moved into a one bdrm unit and it has been hell every since, plus it's located near the back. When I lived in the front, I had less problems also. Management turnovers the past has been plenty and very ghetto fabulous. This last year we have had very good Management, but Maintenance, at your own risk.
