THEY ARE A JOKE AT THIS COMPLEX. OFFICE STAFF PORTRAY TO BE PROFESSIONAL ( VALENCIA AND AL THE REST !!! ), NOT ! JUST THERE TO MAKE THERE MONEY ( WHATEVER WITH THE TENANTS ). BATHROOMS ( SINKS, FLOORS ) SORRY AS He** ! MAINTENANCE REQUESTS : FORGET IT. YOU CAN REQUEST SOMETHING FOUR WEEKS LATER MAYBE THEY HAVE RECORD. THEY CHARGE TOO MUCH. GUNSHOTS, MURDERS ALL THE TIME. WAS ON THE NEWS SEVERAL TIMES ! IT IS RIDICULOUS. STAY AWAY !!!!!!!!!!
