I lived at Hickory Place Apartments from September 2004 to July 2006. I had a bottom unit which was more like a dungeon. Every time someone aboved me washed my kitchen sink and toilet would over flow..EVERYTIME!!! The maintenance claimed they couldn't do anything about it. One time there was even a sewage back up in my unit causing waste to overflow on my carpets. I had to spend the night in a hotel, which they did not reimburse me for. The on top of everything else. I had loud, disrespectful neighbors living above me. They stomped throughout the apartment sometimes as early as 4:00 in the damn morning. I complained numerous times to the rental office about them...they did NOTHING!!! I even had to call the fake ass security and the police on them. The management staff changed every three months. No familiar faced who aware of the issues. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention they actually moved me into a mold infected apartment with a flood underneath the floor boards that has probably been there long before I moved in. I got so fed up I had to break my lease. I couldn't take it anymore. I was paying $900 to live in the freakin' gheto.
