Q: Can you have pets at parkway terrece Apartments
A: No, they have a no pet policy. But they do allow drug addicts, the occasional mouse, and bad @ss kids stay in the building. Please reconsider.

Q: How is it really?
A: I HAVE ONLY HAD ONE AND THAT WAS IN 2002. I CONTACTED THE RENTAL OFFICE AND THEY WERE THERE THE NEXT DAY TO FIND AND FIX THE HOLE. THEY SAID IT CAME FROM BEHIND THE STOVE BECAUSE I HAD BEEN HERE SO LONG THEY HADN'T UPDATED MY APPLIANCES YET. SO AS OF TODAY I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THAT. WITH ALL APARTMENTS I WOULD TELL ANYONE TO PUT YOUR OWN STEEL WOOL DOWN AND LOOK FOR HOLES EVERYWHERE IN THE APARTMENT. IT ALSO DEPENDS ON HOW CLEAN PEOPLE KEEP THEIR UNITS!!!!! I HOPE THIS HELPS UP MAKE A CHOICE... HAVE A NICE DAY AND SAFE WEEKEND.

Q: Garden or High rise
A: I will consider the mid rise. For the mid-rise, you don't hear the neighbor's TV, their kids screaming, and all types of noises because the walls between the apartments are concrete. In addition, each floor has their own trash shoot and laundry room although a single washer and dryer for each floor though and ample parking. Also, some apartments have two or more balconies. One in the living room and each in the bedrooms. However, it's more expensive than the garden apartments and sometimes, there's a long waiting list. We had to wait three months to get the apartment.

The garden has paper-thin wall and you can hear all types of your neighbor's business and parking can be horrible. It's also spacious as well. Carriage Hill is quiet, peaceful and metro accessible. I hope this helps
