I've herad it used to be worse. It seems ok to me

pkwy terr has come a long way. you dont see trash all over the place,the noise level is kept at a minimal,you dont hear gunshots and my rent havn't change one bit since i've moved in. you do have your occasional drug transaction,but show me a community that doesn't. You also have your occasional outburst of noise but these are not major issues that cost problems often. The residents has to their part too. If you know of someone selling drugs out of their apartment then report them to the police and the rental office,between the the two they will correct the problem. you can complain or you do somthing about it.
