I used to live here in the early 90's and it was not all that bad. I remember that there was no air conditioner. I also remember a roach problem. Our apartment was not so bad. I lived in the front. Maybe because i lived in the front i did not encounter any guns, drugs, or violence or else i would have made a be-line right out of there. So many things in the County have changed since the 90's. It has become a slum in some parts and i dont understand why. When i ride by Parkway Terrace, it looks nice. But, I guess it is not. I no longer live in the County. I am happy about that.
