I can not understand why I ever moved here. The management team smiles as you walk in to apply foe an apartment, but that's as far as it will go once you move in. My bathroom is falling apart. They said they were remodeled, I can't tell with the bath tubs peeling, mold in the windows and bugs coming through the window screens. One of the most biggets problems I see here are young boys on the front porches gambling, smoking crack and weed and selling a lot of drugs. Our concerns to the rental office have been ignored. All they do is send out fliers telling residents to call the police. We haven't heard what they plan to do for their tenants. Some of the tenants here are the most dirty perople I have ever seen. Trash is thrown every and anywhere. We also don't have a property manager living here. They know this place is not livable. I can't help but saying that there are plenty of "-------" on the property. Management will let anyone in. The only time I have really seen them in action is when Housing comes around to see if their property is being maintained properly. So, please beaware of signs posted about moving here. The best time to see how it is here is after 5:00 PM. "-------" love heat and commiting crime. We have had several notices about the crime, children destroying the property and management says they wiil give 30 day notices. Well all the problems still occur and I haven't seen anyone evicted as management says. Do yourself a big favor and look somewhere else.... qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
