It is an ok place to live. I hear there is a lot of drug activity but I have never witnessed it. I will say there are times when my hallway smells of marijuana. The property manager Mrs. Williams in very professional. If she is not available and you leave a message for her she will call you back. I think it is ok for the money. As for the maintenance department the times I've had to call were for minor things and there were fixed the same day. I would recommmend it as one of the better places to live in Suitland
