I moved here and yes, the people are ghetto! Yes, there is a trash problem! However, the majority of the trash problems come from people that don't live here dumping! I have not experienced any rodent or insect problems, Thank God but I believe in cleanliness. Yes, the tubs need refinishing and the bathrooms could use a little more work. You get what you pay for and I'd rather pay cheaper rent and live with hoodlums than pay mortgage payments to a rental complex to live with the same hoodlums. Parking is terrible so don't have anyone to come and visit unless you stand outside and wait for a parking spot when the Metro riders come and move their cars. The management is okay and I started calling the police when things got out of hand. Eventually someone will start paying attention if you keep bugging them. If money is tight and you need something decent (not luxury) then it will do until you get on your feet. It will be nice to see some grass the landscaping comes by and blows up a lot of dirt because there is nothing for them to cut.
