I have been here for almost a year and I can't wait to leave. I had a huge problem with water bugs,catapelas, ladybugs, even termites. The rental office was not much of assistance when I am reporting this things. It took them a week just to come and exterminate. The parking is ok but at the same time you have people that are guest taking up the parking spaces in front of the building. They do not keep the apartments clean, sometimes I still see the same crap stuck on the hallway floor, Triffling. The do not have it together. The rental office was nice when I first moved in but now things have changed like I asked for the bugs from outside to come join me. During the summer it was a nightmare every weekend I was hearing gun shoots. I felt like i was surrounded by gun shoots to the point where I can see the spec of light as the person is pulling the trigger. ( It was close to my window several times) Loitering right our front of the door. Especially when I come from a movie and it is late, it makes me a little nervous that it is 10-15 boys out front of my apartment building. You would think non of this would be going on if I lived near the rental office, I do leave right across the street and I am having these problems.Again, this is not something I will recommend.
