Oh I do hate it here!!! I cant wait till my lease is up in May. They dont clean the hallways I still see the same trash from 2-3 days without being touched. The door gets stuck to my building I have a key but we just use the code thank God for that cuz if you have to pee or in a rush the key doesnt work. Little boys break into cars, steal cars the rental office knows about it and aren't doing anything. Little boys 10-15 hang out in front of the building smoking, cursing and carrying on all time of the night. The bad little boys broke into my boyfriend car now he wont come over anymore for fear of what may happen, that is unexceptable i cant even have company because of the little hoodlums they messing up stuff, they stole my neighbors truck, it's terrible. I keep the club on my car becasue the parking is on the street or the lot but most people try to get the street. The kids not so bad now that its winter the summer was THE WORST. A bunch of bad ass kids out all night acting a fool! I though i was in SE. The apartment itself is cool though my apartment is nice and i havent had any major problems well when i first moved in i required a new bathroom door, the clean up of bugs, i wanted new tile in the bathroom but it wasnt allowed. It's a new leasing agent now and she is the only one that handles all the buildings like 50 building a lot of work for 1 women so imagine how much gets done. My electric bill high as hell and i dont even use my heat I have a space heater. All in All as soon as my lease up I'm out!!!!!

Before coming to this site I thought that i was the only person feeling like this, but they say that we all have washers and dryers but my apartment has none, and for it only to like 14 buildings it takes forever to get something as small as your carpet nailed down I had to do it myself cause my kids cut there feet on the nails coming off the floors. My neighbors apartment has been broken into twice within two months and they just put wood on the windows. Management speaks to people so nasty like they don't want you here. I regret coming here and advise everyone to NEVER come here. There is nothing safe about this place. This is not where you want your kids to come and play outside with the young dumb kids speeding up and down the street

I am a new person to the area, I was consideirng thsi place to rent. Is it still as bad as you say? I need the truth?
