This is the worst and I mean worst complex I have ever lived in (and I've lived in some bad places). For starters each apartment has controlled access (I know your thinking thats a good thing) but everybody and their damn mama's will know it. Kids give them to people that just walk up to the buildings. They also put coins on the building door locks so that anyone can get in your building. I have seen people get put out and the management people were going through their things getting stuff.I had a mold problem when I first moved in and I complained to the rental office, so they sent someone to fix it. When I got home from work all they had done was paint over the mold. And then whoever fixed it gonna have the nerve to use my bathroom and get piss on my seats. And I know it was maintanance because I am a female so I dont need to put the seat up when I pee. It is real convienent if you catch the train though, but you have to worry about walking home while its dark because thugs hang out by the laundrymat and maybe in front of your building. Just DONT DO IT!!! Luckily my lease will be up in March. Be careful of the drug dealers when its cold outside-- they dont stand outside ... They do their transactions in the buildings, just walk past them and act like you dont know whats going on.
