I lived at Parkway Terrace for 3 years and move out December 2003. They change management companies every 3 months and nothing is ever accomplished on the management side. When you call for answers all they can say is DUUUHHH I dont know! The leasing consultant Lorenzo conducted my move out inspection and I also handed him my keys and just recently I found out they have that I was evicted!!! WTF I am in the process of suing this company.

Not only that the maintenance invades your home. I would come home to find my television on BET number one I dont watch BET, I never leave my tv on and I lived alone. Things became missing little things as petty as a classic domino game set that was later returned but damaged. I thought I was going crazy until the day of move out I left a few items in my apartment cleaning items a microwave and a computer I came back in a week to clean for my move out inspection guess what was gone.... My computer, cleaning items and my medicine cabinet. Why didnt they take the microwave who knows''' There was no forced entry which only leads me to believe someone used a key to enter my apartment.

The maintenance always responded to calls but the management staff was horrible and still is.

I forgot to mention I was without air condition from May 03 to September 03 the Property Manager at that time said he would credit my rent for 2 months his name was Darel it never was..... I
