The property Manager Ms. Williams is awesome. The apartments are very small but you get what you pay for. It's an added bonus that a you are directly across the street from the metro. I never had a problem with maintenance if something needed to be fixed. I didn't have a problem with roaches but mice were another issue. The exterminator came but did not look for the source of the problem. It's a bit noisy. I have nice neighbors but they definitely like to party so you are well aware when the weekend is here.
