Years at this apartment: Pre-1980 - 1979
 
Sounds like the paint job my apt. had in 1974. Paint was everywhere & it was not cleaned when I moved. However, for the rent I paid, I guess I couldn't have expected much more. I lived there from 1974 to 1979 so I can't say what it is like there now. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
