Pinewood Chase has the potential to be a nice community, If the maintenance supervisor, Bobby Strain would do his job and stop lying all the time. And the Manager, Priscilla Cherry would show some interest in her tenant's and return a few phone calls sometimes. NOT ALL OF THE TIME BUT DAMN SOMETIMES ATLEAST. The neighborhood has really gone down in the past two years since Priscilla Cherry has been the so called Manager. Think twice,three times before making the mistake of your life and moving to Pinewood Chase I said "it has the potential of being a nice community", NOT IT IS A NICE NEIGHBORHOOD.
