Don?t be fooled by looking across the street, thinking you are looking at a nice and reasonable apartment. When I first entered into the rental office of Pinewood Chase I was welcomed! And that was about it! I asked alot of questions and concerns. However, all of it was a flat out lie! Since I have been living in Pinewood Chase they have been threw a few different management companies. I promise every year it?s a different name. This year it?s Donaldson Group! What the hell does Donaldson Group do for the people in the community' Not a damn it thing! Let me tell you this people are all about the money! Getting your rent money and that is it! You can call and complain about certain things in your apartment that you know you checked on the list when you first move, and honestly they won?t get to the problem until a year later! Or until you call Community Standards or their ass. The maintance team is very horrible. A bunch of lazy men! Don?t call about a problem on Sunday because if there is a game that is coming on or is on, honey you better wait until it either goes off or hit them up on Monday morning with a complaint to Community Standards. Okay Community Standards might get involved and give them some days to get the problem done but either the problem is taking care of, but they did it wrong or it?s fixed, and two days later its back to were it was or worst! But be late on rent! You will see a Court Paper on the door! You will walk in the house, and leave out and you will have a sheet of paper on the door. It doesn?t make any since! Oh the basement please don?t even go down there to wash clothes, because it stink's really bad or the machine's will have bad leaks. You don?t know who is down there! But that is the hang out spot! Once you enter into the community and make a right or a left! You will see that its Ghetto City! Alot of teenager?s hang out! You know why because they can! Smoke, drink and whatever else they can do! Visit in the summertime! Car issues! If you park your car in the parking lot have a parking pass! Only one pass is giving! Because the tow tucks watch to see who do and don?t have a parking permit! If you park on the side by the fire hazard and have your blinker?s on. To them that mean come and get my car! Then if people beg to get there car back! The favorite saying is 100 to drop! That goes in there pocket?s. For every car they tow, instead they need to paying a police officer to watch the community! People stealing car?s and more! But the rental office isn?t going to tell you that! This is what they do they work and go home. The manager leaves and never comes back to check on the community! It is a little ghetto city! Oh and they have a nerve to go up on rent! Try two bedrooms for 900. Honey that is someone?s mortage payment! Mortage and something else more! That is why alot of people are moving out of Pinewood Chase! It?s so much I can tell you that is wrong with my apartment! I have been there almost two years and they have been to my apartment more than 10 times and haven?t fixed nothing right! And one more important thing is if we were to have a big storm everyone?s windows would be broken! It happened to me where the wind blew so hard and the window in my living room broke and guess what they put another window in but put it on backward's so I can?t even open my window! Please don?t even waste your hard money to live in the community! Alot of us are and wish we hadn?t! So don?t be fooled by looking at the outside! Don?t let the looks fool you! PS if you like taking a cold shower and having no heat in the apartment come live at Pinewood Chase be all of our guest that have been threw having no heat when the rent was just due not once or twice, try several times! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
