Even if its your last resort you will be better off living at a shelter or...... being Tina Turner in a relationship and stay and get your ass beat daily.

The community is awful, there is trash everywhere all the time, the laundry facility is terrible, the maintenance people drive around all day and ignore their work tickets, the Property Manager is never available you will begin to wonder if she exists! Even when you contact the Donaldson Group (property managers) they ignore your serious complaints about there not being any hot water or heat and gunfire in the evenings!!!

This is not a place to make a home, I wouldn't recommend this place to an enemy. The laundry facility sucks, there are leaking ceilings, trash in the hallways, kids have spray painted their names along with HELL PARK on the ceilings! I had a neighbor who's ceiling caved in due to the snow and the management team didn't even want to relocate her to another apartment, even though you could see the blue sky when standing in her living room. There was a hole the size two basketballs in her ceiling!

Do not move to Pine Wood Chase you will regret it, I dont know why I've been there so long!
