I would not recommend someone to move here if the referral amount was $1,000. It is the worst place that I have everrrrrrr lived. The maintenance is horrible. Ms. Priscilla Cherry is a LIAR and she never get the repairs done. She is the worst resident manager that I have ever had to deal with. I have had repair problems for over three years. My lease was just up this month and I am moving ASAPl. The laundry room in my builing is OK, but one of the dryers have been out for over six months. I just saw a mouse in my apartment around 2am in the morning. Again,I am moving ASAP!! I was trying to wait for my house, but I can't wait it is HORRIBLE. The place is very old, the carpet is old, the blinds are terrible, the floors are horrible, the dishwasher is horrible, the stove and refrigerator are horrible. I am so disgusted with the place and Ms. Cherry. I just started paying $1090 and it is not worth it at. The only thing about Pinewood Chase is the free utilities
and it is fairly large:-)
