Pinewood Chase Apartments

It is drug infested!! From: LaKayla Date posted: 3/26/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Do not move here. People are smoking marijuana everywhere. The children can't even play on the playground, the druggies are everywhere. It is terrible that the resident manager Priscilla Cherry does not do anything about it. The maintenance is horrible also. I have been waiting too long for repairs. I do not recommend anybody to move into Pinewood Chase Apartments, not even for a referral. The rent is far too expensive and you nothing. The grounds are not kept up. The buildings are dirty. The laundry rooms are ok, but when a washer or dryer goes out, it takes months to get fixed. All in all, it is a terrible place to live.
