Don't be fooled by the rental office promises to you when you come in! Move to SE DC. You'll get the same quality of living for a cheaper price! Everyday that I leave out of my apartment I see trash blown all over the property, 8 year olds pushing strollers with babies, and if I needed to get high all I have to do is walk up and down the steps a few times to catch some contact!
