This has truly been an experience living here.....They have some people paying gas & electric and some not. Saying that you have control over and you don't...They NEVER fix anything that you put in a request for to be fixed....I know of a personal friend that was robbed right in front of my building. Did they pick up on security ...NO!!! That would be too much to ask...People hang and smoke in the hallways everynight and they still do nothing about it. The heat and air works when it feels like it....I was it was some type of investigation that could be ordered because Pinewood Chase is a rip off...I would not recommend ANYONE to move in there...
