The rental office was very attentive when first moving into the complex but once in, you are treated as if you don't matter. I have not had my smoke detector checked since I have been here although they want me to sign a document saying that it had been check. I told them that I will sign it when they check it. We had a shooting on my stairwell recently and I contacted the rental office to ask if they could have the steps cleaned. I was told that it was not a maintenance emergency. I called for Priscilla the next day but was told that she was in but it was her day off. I again left a message as to what I wanted which was to have the stairwell cleaned of the blood and once again my call was ignored. Three days later (Monday) the carpet was taken off the stairs. I guess that constituted for cleaning the stairs. Maintenance repair if very slow,and very often incomplete. My bathroom wall has been fixed but I never got the towel rack back on it.
