Ms. "Pristine" Priscilla Cherry has a supervisor as I'm sure we all do. His name would be Sam at ext. 129. He is one of the Regional Managers for the Pinewood Chase Aparment complex. Mr. Sam works for the Lightstone Group, the new management company for the "Prestigious" Pinewood Chase Aparment Complex located in Lakewood, NJ. I'm sure that losing money is not a part of the Lightstone Group's agenda so calling them can't hurt (especially if you called 20 times a day). Mr. Sam can be reached at (732) 367-0129 at the extension mentioned above. Yes we could sit and type every type of warning possible on this website, but if enough of residents called, I'm sure Mr. Sam or whomoever else is a regional manager will get tired of the endless calls and try to rectify the atrocity called Pinewood Chase Management and Maintenance. Since nobody in the renal office seemed to know who they were now being managed by, I did a little research and whallah. Since they like taking your money for rent, lying, providing poor maintenance service, etc., etc., let's see how Ms. "Pristine" Priscilla Cherry likes having her supervisor called every day with complaints like the residents call her with complaints. "Do unto others and you would have them do unto you." Ms."Pristine" needs to learn that she can't just keep lying and not have to suffer the consequences, I will make sure of that!!
