Glad I didn't make the mistake moving here

I actually was prepered to move in this place back in 2000. It was the day I had gone to sign my lease which coincedentally was the first day they were willing to let me see the apartmetn ( they kept on claiming that it wasn't ready.) And the only reason they were going to let me see it before I moved in was because I asked. Imagine that' An apartment complex that would actually let sign your lease without letting you view the place first ' Huh' They obviously knew that they had something to hide .Warning sign number 1. So me and my boyfriend went down to see it. The nasty, trifling people hadn't even had the place cleaned from the previous tenants. There were roach droppings everywhere. Pubic hairs were still in the bathtubs. And a poorly attempted dye job had been done to the carpet because they were obviously to cheap to replace it . And the dye job wasn't even done evenly. So we went back up to the rental office just thrilled to pieces that we had used our good sound judgement and not signed anything. We told them a humongous HELL NOOO!!! And clicked our heels as we quickly sashed out the building never to return again.....and since we have lived happily ever after .
