I'm currently a resident at Pinewood Chase and the only reason I stay as long as I did was the mere fact, the rent was affordable. After realizing a peace of mind and safety cannot have a price tag on it, I cannot wait until my 30 day notice is up and I can move. When I was in my teens I lived in the projects and I received better treatment. The owners and property mangers don't care about the residents or this property. If you want to live here you better know how to repair your own problems, because you will not get anything fixed. The property manager is unprofessional, so therefore you know her staff will share the same mannerism. This is no place for a family to live, unless you are facing living on the streets.
