My mother use to live here with my teen siblings. The apartment was not the best, but it was what was available when she was looking to move.

She is disable and had to find a quick residence. From October 2003-2004 she resided in this community. During that summer, I also stayed with her.

There were many problems:

1- They placed her on the 3rd floor. She had a hard time moving up and down the stairs. At one time, the rails were broken down and she fell down the steps!

2 - MAJOR bug problem. I can say that teens do not clean up as well as they should, however when you bomb, and clean, and clean, and put things away and STILL have problems. Then its definetly coming from elsewhere....your neighbors and how they live. If everyone is not clean...the problem continues and spreads.

3 - The maintenance...yes they are horrible. She had to call 3x's or more to get them to fix her FRONT DOOR! Saftey people, and other things in her units.

4 - The tow truck service they have hired are CROOKS. They towed my mothers car and claimed she was taking up two spaces! I know this is was a lie, b/c they said her tire was on the line! Ridiculous! Simply a RIP OFF!! She had to pay for that and I was furious, she's already on a fixed income and here they coming scamming!


There are other issues, to lenghtly to complain about, just be wise and avoid at all risks!
