I RECOMMEND NO ONE TO MOVE INTO THIS GOOD FOR NOTHING APARTMENT COMPLEX. THE OFFICE WORKERS ARE LAZY. ANYONE THAT LIVES IN COMPLEX CAN COME IN AND FILL OUT APPLICATION. (PRIME EXAMPLE I WANT TO SCHOOL WITH ONE OF THE MAINTENCE WORKERS THAT WAS 4 YEARS AGO)I HAVE ROACHES LIKE SOMEONES WHO LIVES IN CRACK HOUSE AND WE ARE CLEAN PEOPLE. MY SINK WAS CLOGGED FOR 6 DAYS BEFORE SOMEONE CAME TO FIX IT. MY BATHTUB BACKED UP WITH SEWAGE WE HAD TO TAKE A BATH AT THE SINK FOR A WEEK. WE CONSTANLY CALLED THE RENTAL OFFICE AND ALL THEY COULD SAY WAS SOMEONE WILL BE OVER THERE LATER I PROMISE. NOW MY NASTY NEIGHBOR KITCHEN IS LEAKING WITH WATER AND RUNNING INTO MY APARTMENT CAUSING MY CABINETS TO BUCKLE AND I HAVE A ACTIVE 16 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER, HOW WOULD HEADLINES LOOK: LOCAL APARTMENT COMPLEX CABINETS INJURIES TODDLER . I dont who the person was that decided that pinewood chase was a wonderful place to live but apparently not a stable minded person and also someone who does not want better for themselves.If you like living with no hot water,partial heat,toilet back ups for days,bathtub back ups,sink stop ups note:invest in some liquid drano!Also if you live on the top floor dont be surprised if doing the winter snowy months or spring rainy days if your ceiling comes tumbling down around you or dont be afraid if you hear something in the ceiling its just the birds and the squirrels that reside over head smile! suggestion you may want to go to P.G.Community College to take up a maintenance course because 9times10 if they do come and fix it you it will be broken again in a few days.As far as the new staff goes at least they write your tickets down because before they did not even write maintenance tickets they would just tell your someone would be out to fix it and that day never came .To the owner one of your BIGGEST problems is Pricilla Cherry she walks into the rental office if your sitting there she will not speak she lies and says she is busy when she is not she promises to send someone to fix it never happens She is very unproffesional with tenants and the running of this property so you got rid of everyone else you should have started at the top,she does not care about this property or the tenants it clearly shows.Overall if you like plumbing problems,mold problems,leaks broken old appliances ,roaches ,not being able to take a bath when you want , learning how to fix things on your own ,practically begging to get things replaced or fixed that you pay for and dealing with a rude unproffesional property manager that goes home to Acokeek Md and gives the property her ass to kiss then this is the place for you! If you wonder why the kids play in the hallways maybe its because they have a playground with one swing and a sliding dont we pay for a better playground for these children and dont forget if you a have car invest in tire locks cause they will not only steal your car they will steal your tires to Oh you might want to take this no. down if you did get caught up in this Hell Hole!
