These apartments are less desirable that I don't even invite people over. I had 2 bad incidents that occurred with my guest, one was robbed at gunpoint on Regency Pkwy (the area designated for visitors) and the other car got broken into on the same street but at different times.

The lighting of the apartments are so dim that make it unsafe for anyone to really walk to their car or apartments after dark. I've written letters to management and voiced concerns numerous times. No one accepts or takes responsibility.

There's a recent article in the Washington Post regarding PG County police's warning to close several apartments in the area because of the numerous calls, illegal activity and unlawful tenants that occupy the apartments. I wasn't the least surprise to find Pinewood Chase being on the list.

I'd definitely support the decision and hoped they'd be held accountable and pay the lawful tenants monies lost to stay in such deplorable conditions.
