I understand that not everyone will be happy because people truly do go out of there way to always report negative things because they were raised in a negative enviorment.
I live very close to the person that wrote that review and it is not true, sometimes people are looking for free...............
This person has also complained about wait staff, shopping, hospitals etc......you name it they are not happy, I think it is wrong to come on this site and give a review that should not be, I have been happy living here and sometimes when management does not work out you have to change until the right one comes along but know matter who has been in that office they have been wonderful, I have waited for things to get done everywhere I have lived........it happens but it has always been taken care of in a timely manner.

You must live and work for pinewood chase and have everything done 4 you in a timely manner. This complex is a mess workers are lazy, you have call the health department before anybody will come and fix your ----. SO COME OFF THE -------- OKAY!!!!!
