I've been living here for a minute now, and I think it's and okay average place to reside, depending on the side that you live on. Where I'm located at I would say is pretty decent. I have a few friends also that live in the complex that have been here a lot longer than me, and they haven't really had any major problems either, You have your typical lackin from maitentance once in a while, but you just have to stay on them. I would say though that the parking situation could be a little bit better, Parking spaces are limited, if you come home after a certain hour you stand a good chance of not getting a spot in front of your building. They do have parking permits, and they will without a doubt tow your car, if you don't have your permit visible. I think security would be a good idea also, it's not a really bad neighborhood, just your average little neighborhood kids..overall all I would recommend it.
