I have live in this complex now for exactly 1 year and 6 months and from day one i have had nothing but trouble, (which was too late to get my money back) so i decided to see if it was going to change. i have recorded every incident that has occured and when you add them together, it is exactly 22. The maintenance staff is terrible, only one management staff is ok and the rest is lazy. I would not advise anyone to move to the development. Thugs hangout all night, gun shoots ring out constantly, a zoo of kids is always on your steps no matter where you are on the complex and they DO NOT keep the property clean. It is your decision but i beg you do think twice...........check this out before you sign.
