For all the people trying to move into this neighborhood...listen carefully. I understand that everyone doesn't have perfect credit and sometimes our money isn't always on point. Look around for something better. You'll be surprised! This place should be your last resort. People in the office make it seem like it's the best place to live, but when I asked someone (Kia) if she would live here, she happily advised NO! This place is the ghetto. It's terrible. The
carpet is old and shaggy with dustmites and it is just plain old rank up in here. I wouldn't want my worse enemy to have to put up with living this way. Like I said, I wouldn't even be on here typing this if I wasn't done wrong by this place. I am not knocking the people who can't afford better, but if you can afford a little more, just please try to better yourself and find something better. Do it for yourself. Why live in fear of your car being broken into or even a home invasion here' Don't do it. Do not let that ugly ass Lakia Murphy talk you into it. Don't do it. I was there for a year, and thank GOD I am free!!

This place is terrible. I wouldn't want to live here even if they offered alarm systems. I just want to say that the b*tch Kia that works in the office is the WORST customer service person ever. She is only concerned with putting makeup on that hideous face of hers.
