It??s a SAD place!!! You and your possessions are safer on the streets v/s living in a Pinewood Chase Apartment! And, I see WHY the city/county was trying to have the place closed! I was a tenant for 2 years and it has been the worst place I have ever lived. I would NOT wish Pinewood Chase Apartment aka Ghettoville on my worst enemy! I always paid my rent on time and never late! ----, sometimes they got their rent a few days early! If you are looking to rent an apartment at Ghettoville??.please marked this place off of your list! They never fixed anything in my apartment; I had to have my partner be the repairman for my apartment. Rodents! Rodents! Rodents??.I had nasty neighbor, very nasty! They will litter the hallway, walkway, parking lot, and stairs with TRASH! And, the gun shots ring out all hours of the night??.I that I was living in Baghdad. And, the Management and office staff?? Michelle McCoy you are tired ass good for nothing low life pie faced ----- with a BMW (Body Made Wrong) and I hope YOU read this! I don??t have much to say about the office staff because they are new, but I would hope they treat the people with respect! Pinewood Chase Management need to listen to the tenant and respect their wishes!

DON'T GO THERE I am a resident of Pinewood Chase and all the other reviews are correct. The rental office staff suck, they put eviction notices on your door even after you paid your rent and then tell you that you must reoprt to court any haow...Are they crazy? I suggest looking for an apartment elsewhere unless you absolutley have no choice but to move to the SE part of MD.
