Comment after comment people keep refering to the office staff, manager, etc... Yet there has been at least 3 managers in less than 3 years! Throughout these managers, the same problems exist. Maintenance is still an issue and the owners need to put significant money back into the property. lets look at the first issue...maintenance, the same lazy, lying maintenance supervisor has been there for years and the same problems still exist. Jeff Allison (443) 324-5811 has lied to us, runs his own little business out of the property and does not take responsiblity for the ---- he causes. Why does it take me to call the health inspectors when I just want it to stop raining in my apartment. By the way, its the only way to get a response. They are still on the counties ---- list and believe me, they dont want you calling down there (301) 883-6011. The owners can rotate managers in and out on the daily but until he is gone, it wont get any better. Just consider the fact he has a free apartment and rents it out to whom ever he sees fit. Whats wrong with that picture'

Second, someone needs to get organized and demand that changes be made. What if we were organized enough to say...withold all of our rent for December until changes were made' Could you imagine at least 200 residents standing together as a united front in the court house demanding something be done. I bet that would get their attention. For example, fix the playgrounds, how bout take care of all the leaks, how bout actually have maintenance respond to an emergency call every once and a while, how bout have a pool that is open more than 2 days out of the entire summer, how bout putting some security on the property, maybe even having the lights come on and stay on at night.

Getting on the internet and calling the staff names and talking about how it is "Ghettoville" is not going to do anything but make us look ignorant. Boycott our rent on the first, call the county every chance you get and watch ---- jump off then.
