Well, well, well let me start off by saying when i got approved for this apt. I was so happy. I went to go and pick up my key and went to the apt. to move my stuff in. Turned the key it was my worst nightmare. Living room have cracks in the wall, the balcony have the trash from the last resident on it (bikes, tires, toys etc.). The balcony shades were dirty (haven't been changed from the last resident). Then when i turned on the dining room light it sound like a damn fly buzzing around everywhere. In the kitchen I see white paint everywhere, the stove doesn't work, the refrigerator doesn't close all the way and roaches coming out at the bottom. Since I been there the stove have been replaced twice and the refrigerator have been replaced once. The 1st bedroom door can't close all the way, once again the shades are dirty. The bathroom don't have a medicine cabinet, the shower rail up on one side hanging on the other, tub is not painted or the sink. Since I been there the toilet had to be replaced twice because when you flush the water come out from the bottom. Who wants to walk into a bathroom smelling piss' The 2nd bedroom none of the electrical outlets work, the shades are dirty and the closet doors don't close all the way and it have cracks in the wall. This is an apt. that PINEWOOD CHASE RENTAL OFFICE STAFF consider as ready for move-in. I was so ready to take my U-Haul back. I go and make my complaints to the office and they PROMISE that the maintenance will fix everything. My lease was just up and I am looking for a new apt. now as I type. The new mgmt. thats there is no better especially that --- Mr. Bolling and the other guy that look like Barney. They don't know nothing. The maintenance don't know ----. Mr. Bolling is so unprofessional you just might hit his ass for talking to YOU like that (I almost did). They change staff every 3 months and they get worse and worse. In the winter time if it go below 65 your heat doesn't work and in the summer time if it hotter than 75 your air doesn't work. You can to the rental office about that the 1st thing they say is "We are the only ones that pay utilities around here so you get what you get" what kind of ---- is that. Mr. Bolling is so disrespectful. I was born and raised in SE DC and i LOVE it. This raggly ass complex make Barry Farms look EXCELLENT. PLEASE don't do it. Look somewhere else. If you want to pick up some criminal charges or want your pressure to go up this would be the place for you. But if you want a nice and stressful place where you and your family can be comfortable look elsewhere. The staff don't know ---- so they don't do ----. The maintenance staff don't know ---- so they don't do ----. The staff and the maintenance REALLY sucks. This was my 1st time renting in MD and from the look of it I am taking my ass back to the city:-) Just damn right UNBELIEVABLE that residents have to be treated the way they try to treat you. JUST PLEASE MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
