Even though there are major issues at Pinewood ChasedOut, one good move was made...they demoted the maintenance supervisor Jeff Alison to the field hand that he is. Can I get an amen'''' No more lies, arrogance, incompentence, rudeness...well that might be stretching it but that is a clear sign they are making changes. Do I recommend''' No. But finally after all this time someone in corporate realized that if maintenance is the number one problem, and you keep firing managers and keep the same country, lazy, little girl jean wearing, bug eyed maintenance (un)supervisor, you still have the same problems. Obviously this is the first step in getting rid of him. When you demote someone, you want them out without having to fire them and pay unemployment. Guaranteed if he is gone, it will get better.

Okay no that Jeff is gone and that got ZACK in office nothing is no better, it is still raggedy and maintenance still don't do their job. If you want maintenance to come out then call Prince Georges County Inspectors Office. This office sends out a housing inspector and he then gives the manager a violation notice and t hat is on their record permanetley. Trust Pinewood Chase is on the list to be condemned so it is only a matter of time please keep calling and eventually they will shut it down and turn it into condo's.
