I am a current resident that is getting ready to be a former resident of Pinewood Chase. I found Pinewood Chase to be a very nice place to live and raise children. However, I had problems with those residents who didn't appreciate nor care about their home and the property. We make our community and home. We are fast to do the blame game. No accountability nor responsibility. Most of my ------- Americans brothers and sisters don't take pride in their home nor community. Your kids are left unattended outside. Throwing trash all over the place. Your teens are soliciting on the front. We as parents are not implementing the rules and regulations of the property. That's why the property is being destroyed. I've gone into some residents home and they way they keep it, it's just filthy! No cleanliness whatsoever! Therefore I see were the kids are getting it from. Their home. We don't take pride in our home. But yet we expect to live a certain way. Don't get me wrong Management hasn't been great either. The former management didn't care about the residents nor the problems that were in the apartments and on the property. They were completely lazy with bad attitudes. They wanted their rent but didn't want to do the work. Their maintenance were either on drugs or violating the tenants. No INTEGRITY whatsoever! I see that the world isn't getting better but whose the blame, WE ARE! TENATES & MANAGEMENT. WE don't respect nor appreciate each other. Until we do that and work together things will never get right. Management needs us just like we need management cooperation and help. I am praying for the residents, property and management on a daily basis. We all have a part in the up keep of the community, the apartments and the maintenance issues. We all are accountable and responsible for what is happening at the Chase. If we want to blame some one blame ourselves because we are just as guilty as Management. The new Management is doing their best and my prayers are with them. I pray that they stay and change the look of the community around and upgrade appliances and many more. They took on a property that has many issues and problems. However some of their maintenances they may need to check background because they are thieves. Those that are still their don't be part of the problem but help implement the changes. Change is always helpful and good.
