I visited this complex for the first time and was in shock at how rude and unprofessional the staff was. First of all, no one spoke when I came in. I was actually referred here by a previous resident. By this visit, I am not sure that it could get any better. The staff seemed very, (maybe tired), or just unconcerned, about anything. I did not see one smile during my visit to this Hellhole. I even said "bye, and have a good evening", when leaving. What do you think I got in return. If you guessed "NOTHING", then you are right. I don't blame them, they just may not know any better. Maybe the entire staff should go through a class on dealing with people/friendliness. I am upset that I even wasted my gas to drive all the way to the other side of town, especially with the price of gas these days! So if you are looking, I would suggest that you look elsewhere, unless you like rudeness. Iam sure that once you're a resident it doesn't get any better, only worse.

You are right once you become a resident of Pinewood Chase the customer sevrice is even worse. I had to wait almost 20 minutes to pay my rent because the guy at the front desk decided that his conversation on his cell phone about his birthday was more important. But I have to admit Maintenance is a lot more friendly, but that front office, they turn their phones to the answering machine when they feel like it during normal working hours, it is just ridiculous!

I visited this complex this past weekend and i must agree with both of you. When I walked in no one greeted me. 1 lady was on the phone talking to her kids for 5 minutes about doing laundry and i'm looking at her like okay do you see me standing here. The other lady didn't even look up. On top of that i made an appointment to view an apartment then when i get there she tells me there aren't any apartments for viewing so i asked her what changed in 2 days because i made the appointment no one told me that. She got an attitude and made up some excuse about as of the day before my appointment they weren't showing any 2 bedrooms. She was very happy about giving me the application but i told her nevermind I didn't like the service and walked out. First impressions are everything and I definitely did not get a good impression from this place.
