THUGS STAND IN THE ONLY DRIVE WAY INTO THE COMMUNITY TO OBSTRUCT ANYONE FROM ENTERING WHO HAS A LEASE OR ANY GUESTS. SECURITY IS NEEDED 24 HOURS A DAY. THUGS TAKING OVER THE BUILDINGS. THUGS STAND IN THE HALLWAYS ALL NIGHT AFTER SECURITY LEAVES. MANAGEMENT WON'T FIX THE SECURITY DOORS LEAVING THEM OPEN TO ALL ACTIVITY. THE ONLY SECURITY GATE STAYS OPEN AND DOESN'T OPERATE PROPERLY. THE STAFF DOES NOT CALL AUTHORITIES TO MAINTAIN PEACE AND ORDER FOR RENTERS. VIOLENT AND NOISY. THUGS PARK HERE TO DO WHATEVER ACTIVITY THEY PLEASE. MANAGEMENT WON'T CALL TOW COMPANIES. BASICALLY THIS IS THE MOST UNSAFE COMMUNITY IN PRINCE GEORGE'S COUNTY.
