ROACHES, MICE, MOLD OH MY!!!! MOLD, MOLD EVERYWHERE. DARE TO HAVE A PIECE OF MIND AROUND HERE!! RUN! RUN! RUN! AS FAST AS YOU CAN AND NEVER LOOK BACK! IT LOOKS NICE IN THE BEGINNING BUT JUST LEAN AGAINST THE WALLS AND THEY WILL CAVE IN FROM ALL THE WATER DAMAGE! BOY OH BOY!

IF YOU LIKE TO FILL YOUR LUNGS WITH MOLD SPORES AND RISK YOUR FAMILIES HEALTH THEN THIS IS YOUR PLACE! WELCOME HOME!

This is true, especially the part about the mold, the roaches, and the mice. You will also have to deal with thugs and tenants who care so little about cleanliness that they will throw trash on the ground.
