Regency Courts is a toilet filled with all types of ----. Just last night there was a fight outside and about twenty Section Eighters screamed, yelled, and acted an utter fool. All I heard is Warde this and Warde that. Some, guy either smacked or hit a girl so hard in the face that the echo nearly knocked pictures off my wall. When the police showed up, they escorted everyone inside and as soon as they left the slums flowered back to life. Shortly, after the fight of course some Maryland Bama started shooting in the complex; while it was Full of Kids. I'm a city dude, born and raised. Let me expalin something clearly. If you grew up or hang(hung) in crime infested DC neighborhoods and are considering transitioning to Maryland for a change in environment. Don't do it; Stick where you are at. I have lived in the complex since January and two car have been stolen. These bamas do anything to build a name for their selves around their retarded ass pier group. If I spent my time mentioning all the details about Regency Court, I would have a novel. Move to Barry Farms or Lincoln Heights before even considering Regency. Don't do it. And for the record. Do not let the gates and daytime fool you. Regency Courts is a drug infested complex filled with loveboat smoking zombies that don't sleep at night. F*uck Regency Courts and all the bama ass ------ that live and hang in the complex. Wanna be City ass Nig*gas. The only reason I rated it so safe is because, as ignorant as it sounds. I wish one of those chumps would, cold suckas.
