i use to live there that place is a mess people all over the porch you have to walk around then to get in your house. roaches, i did not see a mouse but the mold was crazy. i left that place did not wait for my lease up i rolled out fast.

Trust me you had mice, but just didn't see them. I didn't start seeing them until after a year and some months when I moved in. I knew eventually I would get them because my neighbors complained about them all the time. The problem has been fixed temporarily but that was just one of many.
