One word,triflin'! They care nothing about you being comfortable in your apartments. The maintenance is HORRIBLE. I have a three month old son and I woke up to my apartment being freezing. When I "paged" (not called) the maintenance man he told me the cut off date for the heat was a couple days ago despite the fact that it was 40 degrees outside. He then suggested that I "turn the oven on a crack a window" ! HELLO''' CARBON MONOXIDE POISON !!!My ceiling was leaking when it rained and we had to wait until the "contractor" was on the premises. He just painted over the leak...Oh and did I mention there was a mouse there the first week we moved in! Scared the crap outta me! I see a roach every now and then. They wave hi and I proceed to smash them. But to make a long story short, don't do it. They're very unprofessional.
