I currently live here and I have been a resident for nine years and I must say that there has been a turn over in the management staff and maintenance staff. The current staff are the best staff that I have dealt with in my nine years as a resident. The apartment complex is an older developement but it is maintained by the management company. The staff members in the office are professional, experienced and courteous. I have been in the office when other residents have come in being very rude and obnoxious toward the staff because they had not paid their rent or they wanted to get away with breaking the rules. These residents must realize that if you have to pay to stay. The individual was totally disrepectful. I have seen the groundsman pick up the trash on the premises and some of the residents throw there trash on the ground where he just picked up. It's not the staff that has issues it's the make up of the tenants that have no respect for their abode or for the residents that live around them. I am grateful that I have good neighbors and my building is quiet. The people who are in the wrong are the first ones willing to complain. The residents are the ones who make up the community. The community does not make the residents.
