The community is older and needs a complete make overhauling. The units needs to have quality appliances and not second handed and ones that have been recycled. The mice problmes needs to be addressed. The heating systems is not good. The unit needs to be switched to a central hvac system. The boiler system is outdated. The maintenance staff needs to be properly trained to respond to certain calls that are priority. The staff needs phones instead of those outdated pagers to be reached when they are on emergency calls. The tenants pay rent for services and a place to live but they deserve to have a quality living environment. If you want certain amenties than I would suggest that you pay the monies and go somewhere else.
