I am currently looking for an apartment and Ms. Banks answered the phone she was very rude and nasty, I should have taken the advice of everyone here, however the price appeared to be within my price range. She didn't want to answer any questions, regarding the apartments that she were available.. I will continue my look elsewhere.. I can only imagine how she treats tenants when I was someone who was only calling to enquire..
