If you don't mind being fast talked or ignored you'll be fine. My apartment is nice and all of my neighbors are friendly and concerned. There are numerous babysitters on the property but the chicks in the rental office need serious classes regarding their people skills. The maintance men can never fix anything and don't worry if you get locked out your apartment and it's just the bottom lock that can open your door with a credit card.
