About two months after I moved in, management changed. I have to agree that the new management is all about the money. I initially had a rodent/ mold infested apartment and I was moved upon my request, but my rent was raised and I had to sign a new 12 month lease. The laundry rooms operate by cards instead of change, and it seems like every other week the machine to add money to your cards are down. And the other weeks, the machines don't work. The remodeled apartments are nice, but I can't see saying once my lease expires and paying all utilities when I don't have washer/dryer hookups or a balcony.

When you stated rodent problem what did you mean? Mice or roaches? I am looking to move in in February 2008 so please let me know what you meant by that? And anyone else living at this property do you have mice problems?

MICE and cockroaches...I am in my 2nd apartment and guess what!?!?! Mice again..it took awhile for these to come out. I dont advise moving here at all..all they do is switch you to a new apartment, make you pay more if its a renovated one and not solve the problems..and dont let them tell you the mice problem are isolated, because they are not...I have talked to several other tenants and they have the same issue...I mean if the exterminator comes out to the complex every monday then ITS a problem! I am currently seeking legal advice on how to get out of my lease.
